Christine & Richard welcome you to Number One Springfield, and to Northumberland. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay and explore the area or to visit friends and relatives then come and enjoy Number One hospitality. our guests comments tell us how much they enjoy staying with us. Many of our guests return more than once, so we feel that we’re providing the standard of hospitality that we always hoped to find whenever we stayed in a Bed & breakfast
We don’t have an online booking system, but you can check to see if we have any availability here, then please phone or email. We’d rather talk to you , and we can advise you where you may dine or what’s happening in the area whilst you stay.

Beds and Breakfasts!
We’re simple folk. We provide our guests with the 2 main essentials. Beds - and Breakfasts. Beds come first. When you’re away from home a comfortable bed is a must, and our guests have commented on how comfortable they are.

 The Breakfasts
A good breakfast is one of the finer things of staying away.
You may wish to enjoy a cooked breakfast - we try to use locally produced bacon, sausage and eggs. Perhaps you’d prefer fruit, yoghurt, muesli or porridge. We usually have our local Craster Kippers, and if requested, we’ll make sure we have them

Tariffs and availability.
We don’t put our rates up for popular weekends. For the St Aidan Suite we charge £80.00 per night, 2night stays minimum, though we welcome enquiries for late availability of odd single nights.
For the St Cuthbert room £70.00 per night.
