Booking Terms and conditions ( Important ! )

To help ensure a pleasant and enjoyable stay for our guests, Number One has the following terms and conditions. 
We all hate small print, but please acquaint yourself with the following details.

Bookings and cancellations
We are happy to accept bookings by email, telephone, or letter. Please advise us of a likely arrival time so that we can be sure of being available to welcome you. We ask our guests to arrive after 4.00 pm and before 11.00 pm, and to vacate their rooms before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made. 
If you find you have to cancel your booking, less than 7 days beforehand we will charge a fee of £10.00pppn. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours beforehand we will charge 75% of the room rate pppn.

Pets
We’re sorry, but we cannot accept even the best behaved of pets.

Children
We’re sorry, but we don’t accept young persons under the age of 8. . 

Deposits and Payment
We are pleased to accept payment by cash or cheque at the time of leaving. Credit Card payments will be available soon.and in the meantime, you may use the Paypal facility which is on the bookings page 

Problems?
We try very hard to make all our guests feel welcome enjoy a trouble free break, but if there is anything you are unhappy about, please tell us at the time, and we’ll do our darndest to put things right.
