St. Aidan Suite. - If you are wanting a special weekend or time away, the St Aidan suite is the ideal choice.

When you’re spending a night away from home having a comfortable bed is a must. The super king size in St Aidan is made by Harrison, a company that still makes beds by hand to deliver a bed that’s so comfortable you may not want to leave. 
So far, everyone who’s stayed in St Aidan tells us that they enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing nights sleep, so we think the time and effort we put into finding the bed was well worth it. 
If you’d prefer it as a twin, then we can make it so - two full width single beds, or one double that’s nearly six feet wide.

St. Aidan Suite
From £30.00 pppn

A deposit of £20.00 is required at time of booking.

St Aidans isn’t really a ‘family room’ but the sofa you see in the pictures is convertible to a double bed.

Of course, you’ll want a relaxing soak after a day of walking, boating, birdwatching or otherwise enjoying the county. Perhaps before leaving for Alnwick Playhouse or one of the many places to dine
The ensuite bathroom of St Aidan provides dual handbasins, a raised double ended bath, and a separate shower cubicle.
As with our choice of beds, our towels are excellent quality. Towelling bathrobes are provided for guests staying for 3 nights or more.

The St Aidan bathroom

Naturally, you’ll be wanting to enjoy a cup of tea, or coffee, or perhaps an indulgent chocolate drink. Everything you need is provided. Oh - except for milk! - A fridge is outside your room, so you get no annoying noise in the middle of the night. It’s kept stocked with fresh milk, and you’re welcome to keep your own soft drinks, medications, or Northumberland cheeses in there to keep them cool and fresh.

Luxuriate in the double bath!

If, by any chance, the weather is rainy, and you prefer an evening indoors, then a high definition digital television and DVD player is provided, and DVD’s are available beside the player in the Guest Lounge
