	Rates are based on 2 people sharing and include breakfast. The minimum stay in the St Aidan suite is 2 nights, though single nights may be available between bookings, at our discretion at a rate of £95.00 There is an additional charge for the use of the sofa bed in the St Aidan room: age 8 to 14 £25.00 per night age 14 and over £35.00 per night

Bookings and cancellations

We are happy to accept bookings by email, telephone, or letter.

We ask our guests to arrive after 4.00 pm and before 9.00 pm, and to vacate their rooms before 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure, unless special arrangements have been made.

If you find you have to cancel your booking, less than 7 days beforehand we will retain the deposit of £20.00. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours beforehand we will charge 75% of the total cost of the stay, unless we are able to re-let the room.


		Children We’re unable to accept young persons under the age of 8.

	Pets We’re sorry, but we cannot accept even the best behaved of pets.

	Deposits and Payment We are pleased to accept payment by cash, cheque or internet banking. There is a Paypal facility for deposits here.
