Fishing and fish and Northumberland
There’s fishing from Seahouses, and of course Craster is only 10 minutes away if you want to take home some real, proper, oak smoked kippers for later. Maybe you’d like to dine in the fish restaurant beside the smokery, and keep watch over the harbour as you do so.

OR perhaps rod and line is your thing, and need to visit Hardy’s, makers of the finest fishing equipment in the world. They’re in Alnwick, just down the road, and have a fishing tackle museum, and more information about fishing rods and reels than you can shake a stick and bent pin at.
